All students must have agreement from a member of academic staff from the Faculty of Science and Engineering to act as a supervisor prior to enrolling in this unit. As this is a self-directed unit the method you use to achieve your goals is your responsibility. We suggest that you keep in regular contact with your supervisor. If you are undertaking a project that has the support from an outside organisation please ensure that you have regular contact with them as well. Students who complete ENVR6006 - Research Project I will have their mark carried over to ENVR6007 - Research Project II. Once ENVR6007 - Research Project II is completed a grade for both units will be provided, The final grade is based on assessment tasks completed in ENVR6006 - Research Project I that are worth 20% of the overall mark and in ENVR6007 - Research Project II that are worth 80% of the overall mark used to calculate the final grade.
