Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.
On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
capable of planning an operation incorporating an account of relevant technology, legislation, codes of practice, and operations management methods.
proficient in landscape management zoning and communicating this skill as maps and associated land-use specifications.
design roads and other types of infrastructure required by operations management through practical demonstration
demonstrate knowledge of operations and infrastructure required by wood production, fire management, recreation and conservation land uses.
