Helen Breen, BA. (Deakin), BBusT(Hons) (UNENR), MBusTourism by Research (SCU), PhD (SCU). She is a post-doctoral fellow on an ARC Discovery grant with several other CGER members. Her research interests include adult tertiary education; hospitality and club management; the operations, economic and social impacts of gaming; responsible gambling evaluation; impacts on staff working in gaming venues; Indigenous gambling, older people's use of clubs and female gambling. Helen has been involved in many joint research projects attracting external and internal funding grants. She is co-author of Australia's first textbook designed for gaming management students and has published extensively in international journals and conference proceedings. |
