Professor Thomas Roche is the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic Quality) and Dean, SCU College. He leads the University’s strategic initiatives relating to the enhancement of education quality. He has recently been involved in rolling out the Southern Cross Model and the University's new Academic Integrity Framework as well as leading an Admissions Review. His primary research interests are in Higher Education program design and assessment: Applied Linguistics, Academic Literacies, Additional Language Development (L2). He has significant teaching and senior management experience in higher education programs for international and domestic students, helping students from diverse backgrounds reach their educational and personal goals.
