All offer a range of recreation facilities including a swimming pool and television room.
Student Lodge residents have access to all facilities located at the nearby Orion College.
All colleges offer a range of support services.
Prices range from $84 to $94 per week.
More information on the accommodation available can be obtained at www.scu.edu.au/services/residential
Accommodation Officer Mic Mead said the availability of on-site accommodation could assist students from outside the region who were beginning their studies mid-year.
“Often students considering beginning their studies mid-year are put off doing so because of the need, and some times difficulty, in finding suitable accommodation at relatively short notice,” he said.
“Being able to access that accommodation on campus, without the need to worry about furniture and the like, can make a big difference to a person’s decision to begin their studies mid-year or wait until the beginning of the following year.”
Students interested in on-campus accommodation at Coffs Harbour should contact University Residential Services on (02) 6659 3733. The residential college at Coffs Harbour consists of 96 furnished single study bedrooms arranged in residential units of four bedrooms. All rooms are provided with data connection facilities for internet and email access.
A community centre, gymnasium and tennis court is available adjacent to the College.
