Empowering the future of healthcare

Welcome to the Southern Cross University Health Clinic, where excellence in education meets the forefront of health and social care services. The health clinic is more than just an open place for learning; it's a hub of innovation, research, and community service. Our clinic's mission revolves around three core pillars—Accessibility of Service to the Community, Innovative Student Learning; and Impactful Research—defining our purpose and fueling our dedication to delivering high-quality, hands-on learning experiences for supervised students, while addressing the health and social care service needs of the community.

Our commitment to providing quality healthcare extends beyond the individual to the community at large. Southern Cross University Health Clinic provides affordable healthcare access, for $10 or free if you hold a concession card. The clinic contributes to a community-centric approach of care, ensuring our services make a positive impact on the well-being of the community we serve.

The Health Clinic offers Southern Cross University students real-world supervised exposure and professional development opportunities. By attending our clinic, you contribute to the growth of future healthcare professionals. Your health journey becomes a learning experience, where every interaction is a step towards both your well-being and the education of our aspiring healthcare practitioners.

At Southern Cross University, research is not just a pursuit; it's a commitment to advancing healthcare services. Our ongoing research initiatives are designed to shape the future of healthcare practices. Every consultation is an opportunity to participate in cutting-edge research, ensuring that your healthcare experience is not just personal but also contributes to the broader landscape of healthcare practice improvement.

Our Health Clinics are located across our three main campuses in Lismore, Gold Coast, and Coffs Harbour – underscoring our commitment to regional accessibility.
