Show off your talents to a new audience

Do you dream of performing your music at Splendour in the Grass, Byron Bay Bluesfest, or Falls Festival?

Want to experiment with your laptop, your voice, guitar, bass, drums, keyboards (or any other instrument), with other like-minded creatives?  Are you a songwriter who needs access to state-of-the art recording and production facilities? Do you aspire to teach music and nurture the passion of young students in schools or establish your own teaching studio?

The Bachelor of Contemporary Music is offered at Coomera (Gold Coast). This degree has its origins in the heart of one the most creative regions in Australia, which has long been a place that national and international artists call home. It is a destination for artists who perform at major festivals and to record at some of the most iconic studios located in the region.

You just feel like you're exactly where you need to be and you get addicted to that feeling it's incredible. I started singing and playing one of my original songs for the first time and everyone was really into it and I felt super connected and grateful in that moment for the gift of being a creative person and an artist and I was able to really enjoy my degree from that moment because I remembered why I was there and that was to share music and connect. Once you get up on stage and you perform and something that you've written yourself that you've gone through and experienced emotionally and when you share that with other people and they connect it's just the most amazing process that is like you wouldn't give it up for anything. You feel so safe and at home in the most beautiful way like from what you have and you're sharing it and you just feel like you're exactly where you need to be.
