Opportunities for students

The Faculty is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality student experience. While studying with us, you will have opportunities to participate in international exchanges, law placements, moot courts and our highly regarded Summer Law School programs. You can also immerse yourself in student life by joining one of our clubs or societies.

Beyond the classroom, our supportive and connected learning community helps you build valuable professional networks and develop the practical skills employers are seeking. Through guest lectures, industry events, mentoring opportunities and engagement with legal practitioners, you will gain real-world insights and experiences that prepare you for a successful career in law and a wide range of related professions.

Societies and Associations

SCULSS, the Southern Cross University Student Society, is the historic centre of law student life, representing all on-campus and online students; and hosting a number of professional, pedagogic and social events throughout the academic year, including its famous, annual, end-of-year Law Ball.
