Free Yoga
Are you keen to de-stress, unwind, increase mobility, or just enjoy a sacred space? Then these classes are for you!
Who: All Students wanting to give yoga a try!! All levels welcome
Where: Dance Studio | Room No. O.LG.18
When: Wednesday evenings during Term 4 from 4.30 – 5.30 pm
Arrive: 10 mins early so you have time to settle in
Bring: A water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one! If not, there are some spare mats available.
Feel free to bring a small throw or blanket for maximum comfort at the end of the class when we move to floor poses and for savasana.
Wear: Comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch
