Free yoga provided by the SCU Coffs Harbour Student Association.
The CHSA is excited to bring you FREE Yoga back for Term 2, 2026 for our current members!
Are you keen to de-stress, unwind, increase mobility, or just enjoy a sacred space?
Then these classes are for you!
Who: All Students wanting to give yoga a try!! All levels welcome
Where: Dance Studio | Room No. O.LG.18
When: Tuesday afternoons during Term 2 from 3.30 – 4.30 pm
Arrive: 10 mins early so you have time to settle in
Bring: A water bottle & comfy clothes, yoga mats are supplied!
Feel free to bring a small throw or blanket for maximum comfort at the end of the class when we move to floor poses and for savasana.
Wear: Comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch
