About the Workshop
The Rehabilitation Medicine Society of Australia and New Zealand (RMSANZ), in partnership with Southern Cross University (SCU), is delivering a multidisciplinary Neuro-Oncology Workshop designed to bring together clinicians, researchers, rehabilitation specialists, allied health professionals, nurses, academics and students to explore contemporary approaches to neuro-oncology care and rehabilitation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Tickets purchased for the SCU & RMSANZ Neuro-Oncology Workshop are non-refundable except as specified in these terms and conditions.
If the SCU & RMSANZ Neuro-Oncology Workshop is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within seven working days.
If the SCU & RMSANZ Neuro-Oncology Workshop is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If a ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event, they may request a refund up until seven (7) days prior to event commencement.
The organisers reserve the right to modify the program, speakers, or schedule where necessary. Adjustments to the event or venue will not qualify for automatic refunds unless the change significantly impacts attendance. Refund requests under such circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Ticketholder requests for cancellation must be submitted via email to the event organiser. Cancellation requests made more than seven (7) days prior to the event date may be eligible for a refund, less any administrative fees. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event.
Non-attendance on the day of the event will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.
In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of the event organiser, refunds may be considered at the discretion of the event organiser.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to FoHEvents@scu.edu.au. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven working days.
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at no additional cost up to 3 days prior to the event, subject to organiser approval. Requests for ticket transfers should be submitted via email to FoHEvents@scu.edu.au.
The organisers are not responsible for any personal loss, travel arrangements, injury, or damage sustained during the event, except where required by law. Where additional travel is required to attend this event, we strongly recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance policy.
