Join Straight To The Source for a morning in conversation with culinary champions!

Amy Colli, Lucy Allon, and a panel of culinary champions invite you to join them for a grazing breakfast spotlighting the region's top-notch fare. You'll also hear insider tips for local producers aiming to excel in foodservice and retail, while understanding how we can best support our farmers and the valuable role they play in our future.

Our dynamic panellists include macadamia farmer and artisan producer, Mel Caccianiga of Gondwana Macadamias, chef Iohne Simpson of The Spotted Pig, Lismore, and Dr. Hanabeth Luke from Southern Cross University.

Beginning with a nourishing grazing breakfast sourced from the region’s finest ingredients, and surprise treats from local producers, you'll have time to mingle before the panel discussion, as well as the opportunity to ask your own questions at the end of the conversation. This is an opportunity to be amongst the connectors of the food industry and begin the 40th anniversary of Norco Primex in style!

Tickets: $49 per person including breakfast, panel discussion, networking and day entry into Norco Primex Field Day for Thursday, May 16.
