Primex

Primex Field Days are held from the 16th to 18th of May at the Richmond Valley Events Centre in Casino, attracting over 300 exhibitors, 1000 different companies and more than 25,000 visitors across the three days. This year, PRIMEX's theme is focused on Regenerative Agriculture, highlighting its pivotal role in sustainable farming practices.

Southern Cross has been the education partner for Primex since 2021, including the Primex Field Days NextGen program. The NextGen program enables direct access to key schools throughout the region, elevating the profile of the educational opportunities and pathways available in agriculture and primary industries.  

As PRIMEX celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2024, it marks four decades of bringing city and rural communities together to showcase sustainable Australian primary production and food.
