The GradStart Nursing and Midwifery Honours Scholarship Information Session if held will present:
- Dr Alex Barwick (Southern Cross University) – Course Co-ordinator of Bachelor of Health & Human Sciences (Honours)
- Associate Professor Christina Aggar (Southern Cross University Northern NSW LHD) – Conjoint Associate Professor
- Narelle Al-Manro (Northern NSW LHD) – Nurse Manager
This information session will detail what you can expect from each aspect of the program including the GradStart program, Honours Bachelor Program and how they fit together, eligibility for the program and the application and selection process. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions from everyone involved.
The supports midwifery and nursing graduates as they commence their GradStart program in with the Northern NSW Local Health District to complete the Bachelor of Health & Human Sciences (Honours) program over two years.
This full-time 2-year scholarship is worth $20,000 with placements opportunities including the Tweed Hospital, Lismore Base Hospital, and Grafton Base Hospital.
