Professor David Heilpern, Dean of Law and Dr Brendan Walker-Munro invite you to an online coffee and cake Q & A - academic integrity in the age of AI.

Join us for a relaxed, informal chat about one of the biggest issues facing law students right now—academic integrity in the age of AI. We’ll break down what’s okay (and what’s not) when using AI tools in your studies, with real examples and practical tips to help you stay on the right track while still working smart.

We’ll also cover what comes next after your degree, including the requirements to practise law in Australia and how things like academic misconduct can affect your admission. It’s a great chance to ask questions, get clarity, and make sure you’re setting yourself up for a successful legal career—all over coffee and cake, online of course!

A brief overview of any interesting developments to start (no more than 10 minutes) but then it's over to you. It will be an “ask anything” session, and questions can be in the chat, or in person, cameras on or off - it is a free for all.

Please join us and ask all the questions!
