Planning & Eligibility
Registration deadlines can be found on the SCU graduation website.
You can register to attend a ceremony by updating your graduation preference on My Enrolment.

You will be able to see graduation options after your final grades are published.
If you cannot see any options but believe you have completed your award, please contact our Student Administration Services Team:
You can register for an upcoming graduation ceremony once you have completed all of your course requirements. If your course includes a placement or practical component, your Faculty/College must receive and process your final placement report before you can graduate.
It is important to note that the Graduation Office is unable to assist with any queries regarding your placement/practical. Please direct those enquiries directly to your Faculty/College.
No. If you have missed the last day to register for an upcoming graduation you will need to email studentgradinfo@scu.edu.au and register for a later ceremony.
Ceremony Arrangements
Yes, you can attend a ceremony at any of our graduation locations as long as you let us know by the relevant registration deadline.
Your ceremony time will be emailed to you after registrations close.
No, it is not possible to change your ceremony time.
Yes, you can choose to postpone your ceremony attendance until a future date.

Fees, Academic Dress & Tickets
The total direct cost of attending your graduation ceremony is $124.
This includes a $50 ceremony contribution fee plus $74 for academic dress hire.
This fee does not include additional tickets or photography and merchandise
A link to the payment portal will be sent to you after registrations close for your ceremony.
Your academic dress will be booked for you after you have registered to attend a ceremony.
If extra tickets are available, you will be able to purchase them for $20 each when you book and pay for your academic dress online.
The ceremony will be livestreamed, and a recording will be available on our website.
Attendance & Safety
If you or your guests are feeling unwell, please do not attend the ceremony. You can postpone your attendance to a future ceremony and guests can watch the ceremony via the live stream.
Yes, we are following all local health directions in relation to COVID-19 safety protocols.
Testamurs & Academic Documents
A financial sanction will prevent the release of your final academic transcript, AHEGS and testamur. Please contact Student Administration Services for information about your sanction by phoning 1800 SC HELP (1800 72 4357) or emailing enquiry@scu.edu.au
Yes, you can register a graduation choice of Mail in My Enrolment. Your testamur will be sent to you after your award is conferred (approved).
Yes, you can register a graduation choice of Collect in My Enrolment. Your testamur will be available for collection from the Graduation Office at Lismore campus after your award is conferred (approved).
Yes, please email studentgradinfo@scu.edu.au for Replacement Testamur Procedures.
A digital version of your testamur will be automatically uploaded to My eQuals shortly after your award is conferred (approved).
Digital versions of your academic transcript and AHEGS will be uploaded to My eQuals within 25 working days of your course completion. If you require hard copy documents, you will be able to purchase them via My Enrolment.
