Weekly online group program for SCU students with ADHD.
Are you an SCU student with ADHD? Join our online group program designed to support you through connection, knowledge, and practical strategies to thrive at uni. (A formal diagnosis is not required)
What you can expect
- Peer Support: Connecting with other students who understand the strengths and challenges of living with ADHD.
- Skill Building: Learning practical strategies for emotional regulation, organisation, time management, focus, and more.
- Resource Sharing: Discovering helpful tools, techniques, and resources for academic success.
- A Sense of Community: Building connections and feel supported in their academic journey.
When: Every Thursday 11am - 12:30pm (NSW time), Weeks 1-6 of Term 1, 2026
Where: Online (Teams)
The group is facilitated by SCU Counsellors who are trained in ADHD and are both neuroaffirming in their approach, with experience supporting university students with ADHD.
