SCU Counselling service will offer a weekly catch-up for a walk and a chat on Wednesdays at 11am during Term 2, 2024.
Did you know that exercise can have a positive impact on your mental health?
Join a counsellor from SCU for a guided walk and informal discussion around mental health and wellbeing. All SCU students are welcome to participate.
This is a great opportunity to kickstart your day, explore the campus, be out in nature, and connect with other students, all whilst gaining valuable support for your mental health and wellbeing. The walking routes will vary, easy to moderate intensity, taking in some *semi-secret* beautiful spots on campus. Students can then tuck into the CHSA's free lunch bar from 12pm in the Uni Lounge!
When: 11am every Wednesday during Term 2, 2024
Where: Meet up at the new outside section of the Uni Lounge.
Bring: A hat, water bottle and walking shoes
