We provide catering services for Southern Cross University events and functions at our Gold Coast, Lismore and Coffs Harbour campuses.
Our teams do more than just serve food, manage events and offer the best possible produce, our philosophy runs much deeper. We favour local suppliers and are always aiming to reduce our carbon footprint by supporting regional, environmentally sustainable produce.
Whether you are looking for a delicious lunch that allows your guests to get the most out of themselves or a contemporary catering menu to take your event to the next level, we have you covered. Given the ongoing risks associated with COVID-19, Southern Cross University is taken caution and care when it comes to safety to our guests, students and staff. All catering is prepared in a COVID-safe way and will be packaged individually for consumption to avoid mingling and minimise the spread of the virus. If you have any concerns or special requests, please speak with your campus catering supplier.

Do you only serve large events?
No. We do more than just large-scale events!
We also offer fresh and delicious corporate breakfast catering, morning teas, lunch and afternoon teas. We can also help with COVID-safe gourmet snacks for a conference or boardroom catering for VIPs – we’ll make your event memorable and stress-free!
Who do I call if I need help, require a custom food order or a quote?
Yes, each supplier has a minimum order. Please contact your preferred catering supplier (above) to find out the minimum order requirements.
How do I begin placing an order?
It’s easy to get started. Simply contact the team for menu options and select your preferences.
Can I arrange and bring my own catering to Southern Cross University campus?
Unfortunately, due to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) you are unable to bring your own catering.
