Science Tent back with a bang at Splendour in the Grass

Some of Southern Cross University’s exciting and best scientists and communicators are back to team up with colleagues from across the country for #scienceinthegrass in the Science Tent at Splendour, July 20 to 22, to bring an explosion of rocket fuel for the brain and a program jam-packed full of stuff you didn’t even know you wanted to know about how science influences our everyday life!

Head across to the Global Village to lose yourself in the Silent Disco being solar-powered by SCU Sunflower, the University's solar-powered audio system.

“Southern Cross University brings science to Splendour to showcase our fabulous research including smart technology for surfers, secret treasures hidden within sand, the impact of global warming on fish life, and how we can use drones to monitor the coast,” said Professor Susan Nancarrow, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research).
