Business Continuity

Business continuity is the capability of the University to continue delivery of its services at an acceptable level following a disruption. Business Continuity management seeks to minimize the impact of a disruption on the critical business functions of the University.

The Business Continuity Management Policy outlines the University’s commitment and approach to Business Continuity Management

The Business Continuity Framework:

  • provides an overview of the BCM process;
  • describes the minimum requirements of a Business Continuity Plan;
  • identifies roles and responsibilities; and
  • outlines processes and procedures

Business Continuity Plans should be reviewed at least annually by the Head of Work Unit or Manager for each critical business function.
