In 2009 Southern Cross University is offering undergraduate degrees at Brett St, Tweed Heads in the Bachelor of Business (majoring in accounting, finance, human resource management and marketing); Bachelor of Business in Convention and Event Management; Legal and Justice Studies and Associate Degree in Law (Paralegal Studies); Secondary Education; Social Science (majoring in social welfare); and the Diploma of Sport Management (Surfing Studies).

Plans are underway to expand the University's Tweed Gold Coast presence with a new campus at the Gold Coast currently under development at the Gold Coast Airport Development Park, 400 metres from North Kirra Beach. Please note that students applying to study in semester 1 2009 will be admitted into the existing Tweed Heads campus or SCU Lakeside. On current construction schedules the new campus is expected to open in 2010.
