Title: "Inter-disciplinary impactful research"

Abstract:

There is a growing emphasis on research that is relevant, impactful, and interdisciplinary from Universities, journals, national and international bodies. Interdisciplinary research typically involves integration of information, data, techniques, tools, perspectives, concepts, and/or theories from two or more disciplines or bodies of knowledge. For example, such emphasis is now mandatory in the way the government assesses quality of research grants. This workshop aims to share our experiences and views of conducting impactful and inter-disciplinary research.
