Being an HEA mentor

Presenter: Polly Lai, Centre for Teaching and Learning

If you hold HEA Fellowship, we need you! Southern Cross University is building a vibrant community of HEA Fellows—and mentors are at the heart of it.

Being a HEA mentor means you’ll play a vital role in supporting colleagues as they prepare their Fellowship applications and directly contribute to your mentees professional development through sharing your experience and HEA knowledge.

In this workshop, you will learn how the mentorship process works, what’s expected, and how SCU will support you every step of the way so you can take on your first mentee with confidence. For more information and to register, please visit the workshop events page on the CTL website.

For more information about HEA Fellowship visit the CTL HEA Fellowship webpage.

Please note: Register for this workshop in Scout and the workshop Zoom details will be provided in the Scout confirmation email.

Moderator: Centre for Teaching and Learning team member.
