Vice-President (Marketing, Communications and Strategy)
Agi Luczak is the Acting Vice-President of Marketing, Communications and Strategy at Southern Cross University, providing leadership across the University's strategy development and execution, brand, marketing and communications. She brings a strong conviction that culture, strategy, and brand are deeply interrelated and that the most enduring institutions are those that align all three. In this role, Agi is responsible for shaping the story which students, staff and communities tell about SCU, and for ensuring the University's strategic ambitions are developed with clarity and delivered with rigour.
Agi brings over 20 years of executive experience spanning higher education, services, and logistics. She held senior roles at Spotless Group (Downer Group), where she led market growth and new business development across Australia and New Zealand. At Australia Post where she led the Corporate Strategy team through times of significant organisational transition. And, at the University of Melbourne, she led international market growth across South-East Asia and the Middle East.
A commercially focused leader with deep expertise in growth strategy Agi is known for her ability to turn ideas into meaningful action for people, customers, and communities. Agi holds a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
