Head over to Queenstown, New Zealand for a week-long of ski and snowboard fun with visits to world-famous ski fields like Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, Treble Cone and Cardrona or grab a towel and pack some sunscreen for a three-day surf camp in Byron Bay.
