Scholarship details

Students do not have to apply for Merit-based Scholarships. The Scholarships will be awarded to 2025 school leavers achieving the ATAR or equivalent per eligibility criteria, and who are enrolled in a Bachelor or Diploma program in 2026.

Applicants applying for this scholarship must:

  1. Be in a Commonwealth-supported place.
  2. Be commencing any full-time Bachelor or Diploma program at Southern Cross University.
  3. Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
  4. Have achieved an ATAR which is in the top 10 of Indigenous school leavers seeking admission at Southern Cross University in 2026

Selection will be based on ATAR or ATAR equivalent achieved in 2025 year 12 studies

Commencing in an undergraduate Bachelor or Diploma program. Studying at either Coffs Harbour, Lismore, the Gold Coast, National Marine Science Centre or Online.
