The WHS team sets the direction and policy for workplace health and safety (WHS) at the University, ensuring a consistent and coordinated approach to managing WHS and a harmonised approach to health, safety, wellbeing and injury management. We coordinate and provide support and advice for our clients on:
- General health and safety matters and in specialist areas such as biosafety, chemicals, radiation, rehabilitation and injury management; and
- Employee health and wellness and mental health initiatives and programs including employee assistance program and injury management.
