Peer Review of Teaching in the SCM
At SCU, peer review is not just a process—it’s a catalyst for transformation. It empowers educators to grow, reflect, and elevate their practice in ways that ripple across our institution. Grounded in meaningful dialogue and self-awareness, we start with focused pre-peer review conversations and reflection—prioritising insight over exhaustiveness, and growth over evaluation.
