Provides a comprehensive understanding of the various emerging contemporary trends and issues that are reshaping the hospitality sector. The unit equips students with skills to apply theory and concepts to identify, analyse and provide innovative solutions to adapt to the constantly evolving hospitality environment.

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit.
