Unit description
Provides students with the opportunity to practise and develop teaching and learning in a Secondary school environment. Before the placement, students attend a one-day orientation to prepare for the expectations and requirements of the professional environment. During the placement, students record and reflect on their teaching and learning experiences as informed by relevant course content and professional standards and principles. After the placement, students submit a professional experience report as evidence of their competence in engaging with the professional environment.
