This unit considers the fundamentals of a significant, culminating assignment where students apply the knowledge and skills from their entire degree to a real-world problem or comprehensive research project. It serves as a final demonstration of their mastery and showcases of the readiness for professional life or further study.

1. Introduction to the capstone project and industry challenge

2. Project planning and team-based execution strategies

3. Evaluating construction methodologies and regulatory frameworks

4. Integrating multidisciplinary knowledge for project delivery

5. Professional documentation and stakeholder communication

6. Presentation and defending of project findings and recommendations

Learning outcomes
