Unit description

To develop students' ability to analyse the factors that influence human service organisations' planning and delivery of services. Students will identify and analyse the impact of contextual and environmental factors and consider related ethical and social justice issues.

Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. analyse how human services organisational policies, structure, culture and leadership impact service delivery and worker experiences

evaluate processes that enable service users to influence service delivery and design
