Welcome to People and Culture
Welcome from our Vice-President, People and Culture - Kim Franks
At Southern Cross University, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Whether you’re new to the organisation or have been with us for years, we’re so glad you’re here. Our culture is shaped by shared values, bold ideas and a deep sense of connection and it’s through our people that we make the greatest impact.
Our People and Culture strategy is about creating the conditions for every individual to thrive. We’re building a workplace that celebrates diverse perspectives, fosters genuine belonging, and enables people to grow and contribute in meaningful ways. This means investing in great leadership, capability, wellbeing and an employee experience that reflects who we are and what we stand for.
The People and Culture portfolio brings together a passionate team of specialists across Business Partnering, People Services, Organisational Development, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Health and Safety, and Workplace Relations. Together, we collaborate with leaders and teams across the University to enable a positive employee journey from recruitment and onboarding through to development, recognition and transition.
Thank you for the role you play in shaping a culture where people thrive, ideas take flight, and meaningful impact is made.
