Unit description

Evaluation of the complex project management processes including: integration, portfolio management, systems mapping, flexibility and adaptability. Students undertake structured and problem-based learning converting the theoretical and practical application of managing portfolios of complex projects.

Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.

On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

3Skilfully negotiate complex environments to ensure overall project and program success
4Map and design systems and evaluate complexity within the context of project and program management
