Unit description

Engages students in an advanced professional learning experience that offers practical work in the tourism and hospitality industry. Students focus on advancing their careers within a 600 hour internship over a 6-month period by integrating academic learning into an advanced professional and practical learning experience.

Learning outcomes

analyse the challenges of supervising staff in the hospitality industry through self-reflection.
