Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

analyse the impacts of internal and external forces that shape the modern hotel

demonstrate the ability to apply insight into the management of the modern hotel

demonstrate the ability to reflect upon management challenges in the modern hotel.
