FAQs - Accept to Enrol
Course progression is the recommended order to study your course's units (subjects). These are located on your course page under the ‘Course Structure’ section. Use our search to find your course page.
Check StudyAssist-Commonwealth Supported Places to see if your course is covered.
You need to be enrolled in a Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) to get HECS-HELP. To check your eligibility, please refer to StudyAssist.
If you are unsure, based on your residency status, please email fees@scu.edu.au with proof of your citizenship status for assistance.
We are can’t pre-assess credit for prior learning, but you can apply for credit with a fee-free application for the course and we can provide you with an outcome.
Census date is the date on which a student’s enrolment is taken to be finalised. Each unit of study in a teaching period at Southern Cross University has a census date as indicated on the teaching calendar.
Census dates apply to any unit studied in the following teaching periods. Census dates vary depending on the unit/s. Check My Enrolment (Study Plans -> Current Enrolment).
Domestic students — Census Date is the final day you can withdraw from a unit without financial or academic penalty
International students — Census Date is the final day you can withdraw from a unit without academic penalty and only incur at 50% fee penalty — see unit withdrawal impacts.
