Unit description

This unit examines the complex interplay between individual behaviour, group dynamics, and organisational systems through the lens of contemporary leadership. Through reflective and applied activities, students will explore real-world leadership challenges and critically engage with their own leadership practice and professional context to build a foundation for leading with awareness and adaptability in complex, changing organisational environments.

Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit.
