Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.

On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

Critically evaluate the strategic role and impacts of organisational culture on the hospitality industry

Analyse and reflect on a range of contemporary issues involved in developing, implementing and monitoring an organisational culture

Analyse internal and external factors that have the potential to affect talent within hospitality contexts

Develop, implement and monitor creative campaigns or initiatives that positively address talent and cultural issues within hotel contexts
