Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.

On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

integrate and adapt theoretical knowledge, practical skills, professional reasoning, and practice standards to manage complex client scenarios in anticipation of emerging areas of practice and evolving health care delivery models

communicate professional knowledge and reasoning effectively through high-quality written and verbal formats tailored to diverse audiences

develop and implement a personalised transition-to-practice plan that addresses credentialing requirements, job readiness strategies, and professional portfolio preparation

critically evaluate and reflect on individual competency development against professional standards, identifying strategies for lifelong learning and career advancement
