Under certain circumstances a student may be excluded from studies at Southern Cross University. Full details of the conditions that will exclude a student can be found in Section 10 — Exclusion of the University’s Rules Relating to Awards.

A request for review of exclusion may only be made on the grounds that Rule 2 Section 10 was inappropriately or unreasonably applied, or that there were compassionate or compelling circumstances which contributed to poor academic performance.
