Student Sanctions may be imposed for failure to pay the following by the due date:

To have the student sanction removed, you must pay all of your overdue fees and charges and advise the University that you have made the payment.

When you have paid overdue tuition fees, Student Services and Amenities Fees, or exam fees, your student sanction will be automatically lifted once your payment has cleared into your student account. Please allow 1 to 3 business days.

If your payment has not cleared within 1 to 3 business days please contact Student Administration Services and advise us of the following details so we can review.

  • Name
  • Student ID Number
  • Amount Paid
  • Date of Payment
  • Receipt Number

When you have paid any other type of overdue debt to the University, you will need to advise Financial and Business Services on 02 6620 3550 the following details in order to have the sanction removed.

  • Name
  • Student ID Number
  • Amount Paid
  • Date of Payment
  • Receipt Number
