Claims and Duty to Disclose
All incidents and potential claims must be notified to email@example.com at the earliest opportunity.
The University has an obligation to notify the relevant insurer of potential claims. There is a duty to disclose all known circumstances, facts or events (notifiable events) which could lead to a claim.
Factors that may impact on the success of an insurance claim:
- Failure to advise the insurer of facts or circumstances which could result in a claim, in a timely manner
- Admission of liability or fault
- Criminal acts
- Non-compliance with relevant legal or regulatory requirements

Where do I send my completed claim form?
All claim forms and supporting information should be forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org who will liaise directly with the insurer and, where relevant, advise you of the outcome of your claim.
