Vaishali Prajapati

Vaishali is a digital designer within the Centre for Teaching and Learning at Southern Cross University, where she contributes to the development of accessible, engaging and effective online learning experiences. Her work bridges the disciplines of design and education, translating complex content into clear, purposeful digital resources that support both educators and learners across the university.

She holds a Master of Design (Interaction Design) from Monash University, where she developed expertise in user-centred design, research methodologies and interaction prototyping. This academic foundation informs her professional practice, with a particular emphasis on inclusive design principles and the creation of digital experiences that are equitable, intuitive and pedagogically sound.

Vaishali is committed to supporting the evolving needs of contemporary higher education through thoughtful, human-centred design. Alongside her practice, she maintains a keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and its potential to meaningfully enhance teaching, learning and creative practice in digital environments.
