I am a biogeochemist who uses stable isotopes to figure out how, and how much, nitrogen moves through soil, air, groundwater, and surface water.
My current research projects focus on intermittent streams, nitrogen deposition, and deep soils.
I supervise undergraduate integrated project, honours, and postgraduate students working on a range of biogeochemisty topics. Please get in touch if you're interested in developing a research project on nitrogen or carbon cycling in terrestrial, freshwater, or coastal environments.
