I have worked with a diverse range of faculties and disciplines including Health, Education, Arts, Business, Social Work and Engineering. My career extends across the sectors of Finance, Disability, Vocational Education and Training, the Employment Network and Higher Education.
With a Masters degree in Adult Education from UTS and a post-graduate qualification in Career Development and Education from RMIT, I’ve assisted clients of varied backgrounds ranging from high school students seeking pathways to Higher Ed and VET, people re-entering the workforce and mid-career changers. Positively supporting people to understand the world of work in the 21st century as well as develop their employability skills is one of the most rewarding functions of my role.
I am a member of the Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA) which is Australia's Peak Body for the Career Industry and the National Association of Graduate Career Advisory Services (NAGCAS) which is Australia’s peak professional body for career development in the higher and tertiary education sectoris Australia’s peak professional body for career development in the higher and tertiary education sector.
I am on The Australian Register of Professional Career Development Practitioners (the Register) which is the single national point of reference for ensuring and promoting professional career development practitioners across the whole industry in Australia.
