Research focuses on systems modeling, life cycle assessment, land use, soil carbon, carbon credits, climate change, waste management, and greenhouse gas emissions. I translate a diverse range of datasets into meaningful insights for carbon accounting, adhering to Australian regulations and legislation. As a full-stack greenhouse gas emissions baselining expert, emissions offset planner, I develop mitigation strategies and offset policies for GHG abatement. I create business metrics at the farm scale and for local governments and businesses to support Australia's net zero targets. Recently, I have started working on the environmental impact, sustainability and the circular economy. My background in soil science and agriculture, with a particular interest in soil carbon sequestration and sustainable management, includes a PhD in soil carbon dynamics, two masters degrees (soil science and horticulture), and a bachelors in agriculture, with studies and trainings in Australia, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Bangladesh.
