Robert Baglin

Work closely with the Executive Dean and Faculty Manager to support the planning, development and delivery of key initiatives and strategic projects across the Faculty.

Provide high-level project planning, policy advice, and analysis to support Faculty goals and decision-making. Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as strategic planning, academic workload, staffing budgets and operational processes.

Develop briefing materials and reports to support executive engagement with internal stakeholders. Collaborate with academic and professional staff across the Faculty and wider University to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives aligned with Faculty priorities.
