My PhD Research topic is 'The educational experience of young people with a parent in Jail'. This comes from my frustration at being unable to teach a young person effectively. I am working with young people affected by parental incarceration, reaching out to them through Community and Youth Groups, where I am seeking to build an understanding of my research efforts.
