I've worked in the horticultural industry since 2012 after completing a BSc Hons Science (Plant Biochemistry) at UNE. I later completed PhD in agricultural science, looking at bacterial diseases in vegetables at CQU. I've been in a number of different research and development based roles in many crops types from vegetables to tree crops.
My current research is focused on plant pathology and diseases in cropping systems as well as working in intercropping research in orchards.
I'm a casual academic with experience in teaching Chemistry, Biological Science and Agricultural Science based subjects.
